Transport refrigeration specialist G.A.H. (Refrigeration) Limited acquired by Sdiptech

Birketts has advised on the sale of G.A.H. (Refrigeration) Limited to technology experts Sdiptech. Sdiptech valued G.A.H. at £33m.
The Birketts’ team was led by Partner Mark Henry and Associate Emma Bysouth, both of
the firm’s Corporate Team in the Ipswich office.
Suffolk-based transport refrigeration specialist G.A.H. has more than 25 years’ experience
in cooling solutions in vehicles, working with household names such as Asda and Ocado.
The industry has experienced rapid growth due to the continued expansion of supermarket
home deliveries and the rise in online shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Birketts’ Mark Henry said: “We were delighted to support this transaction and have no doubt
that G.A.H. will continue to build on their tremendous success.”
