UK Top 50 law firm Birketts’ South East growth strategy has received a major boost with the latest recruitment to its Sevenoaks Team.
Victoria Knight joins Birketts’ leading Social Housing Team as a Senior Associate and is the latest new recruit to the law firm’s Sevenoaks office.
Knight’s arrival is a major boost to Birketts’ South East growth plans, since opening in Sevenoaks last year. The firm recently recruited Nagla Stevens to the role of Legal Director in the Planning and Environmental Team in Sevenoaks.

Victoria, a Chartered Legal Executive, joins Birketts from Hyde Housing Association. She has over 20 years of housing management litigation experience and has dealt with a range of complex cases involving anti social behaviour, sublet, unlawful occupiers and other possession and injunction matters. She benefits of having worked both in-house in large housing associations and private law firms, providing training to clients on a variety of topics.
On her appointment to Birketts, Victoria said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining the Birketts Social Housing Team as it looks to expand in the South East and further afield. I am looking forward to joining a team with such a strong reputation and playing a part in Birketts’ ongoing growth.”
