Victoria is a Senior Associate in the Social Housing Team, based in our Sevenoaks office.
Victoria has over 20 years of housing management litigation experience and has dealt with a range of complex cases involving anti social behaviour, sublet, unlawful occupiers and other possession and injunction matters. She benefits of having worked both in-house in large housing associations and private law firms, providing training to clients on a variety of topics.
Recent work highlights
Dealt with an complicated eviction where the tenants refused to leave the property and climbed out onto the roof. The County Court Bailiffs refused to carry out the eviction and an application to enforce the possession order to the High Court was made. The eviction was finally carried out with the services of High Court Enforcement Officers, rope access abseiling experts (who scaled the outside of the property and positioned themselves on the roof to prevent the tenants climbing out) and the police.
