Complex eviction involving High Court enforcement

Acting for a social housing provider in connection with a particularly challenging eviction. After the occupiers refused to leave and climbed onto the roof, County Court bailiffs declined to proceed. An application was made to enforce the possession order through the High Court, and the eviction was ultimately carried out with High Court Enforcement Officers, specialist rope access contractors and police assistance.

Acting for housing associations in relation to anti-social behaviour matters, including possession proceedings and injunction applications.
