M7 Real Estate has appointed law firm Birketts as legal adviser in respect of all of its in-house managed funds, comprising over 100 industrial, office and retail assets across the UK. Birketts has been appointed in respect of all fund disposals, acquisitions, leasing events and asset management.
M7 is a leading specialist in the pan-European, regional, multi-let real estate market. Wholly owned by its senior managers it has over 250 employees in 13 countries across Europe. The team manages over 1,400 retail, office and industrial properties with a value of circa €8.5bn.
