UK Top 50 Law Firm, Birketts, is pleased to announce the arrival of Nicola Morriss as Legal Director in its Charities Team.
Nicola, who joins the team from Mishcon de Reya LLP, is a specialist charity lawyer advising on all aspects of charity law. She has a particular interest and specialty in advising Royal Charter charities, learned societies, universities and colleges, and large membership charities on complex regulatory and governance matters.
On joining the firm, Nicola said: “I am delighted to have joined the Charities Team in Birketts’ London office. The firm has a strong reputation within the sector, and I am looking forward to helping to continue to grow the team and provide next level legal advice to our clients.”
