Birketts’ Social Housing Team is appointed to the HALA Legal Framework

The Birketts Social Housing Team is delighted to announce its appointment to the HALA (Housing Associations Legal Alliance) Legal Framework
Birketts’ appointment to the legal framework was awarded following a competitive tender exercise. The HALA Legal Framework, first set up in 2010, now consists of more than 35 Housing Associations in London, the Midlands and the South East. The new Framework commences on 1 September and will run for 4 years. During the tenure, Birketts will deliver housing management legal services for HALA’s Housing Association members, with a focus on optimising asset management expertise, value for money and efficiency.
Birketts’ leading Social Housing Team, impressively ranked within Chambers Guide 2021 and Legal 500, is led by Partner Jonathan Hulley . The team has achieved a number of appointments and is swiftly becoming the preferred choice for social housing legal advice across the UK.
