Samia Latif

Samia is a Solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate Team in our Cambridge office.
Samia has experience in a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals of development land, refinancing and landlord and tenant matters. Samia acts for both landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation and drafting of leases, rent deposits, licence for alterations and assignments. Samia also provides support to the Real Estate Investment Team.
Samia studied Law in London and graduated with a First Class Honours degree. Samia went on to achieve a high distinction in the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in Cambridge where she completed electives in Advanced Commercial Property, Advanced Commercial Litigation and Private Acquisitions.
Samia is currently on maternity leave.
