Sarah Willis

Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in August 2014 and joined Birketts in November 2015. She is an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate Team.
Sarah has experience across a range of commercial property matters including sale and purchase of development sites, drafting and negotiating leases, sale and purchase of agricultural land, drafting conditional contracts, purchase of mixed use developments, and deeds of variation.
Sarah is a member of Ely Young Professionals.
Sarah is also a member of the Lawyers’ Christian Fellowship and has volunteered with legal aid and legal education projects in Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya.
Sarah is based in our Cambridge office.
