Sarah Watters-Quilty

Sarah joined Birketts in September 2015 to commence her training contract, and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2017 into our Dispute Resolution Team in Chelmsford.

Sarah has experience acting for both individuals and companies for a variety of contentious matters including fraud, debt recovery, contentious probate, professional negligence, breach of contract and shareholder disputes. Sarah has experience assisting with both County Court and High Court proceedings, as well as various forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation.

During her training contract, Sarah also undertook seats in the Corporate and Employment Teams.

Other Information

Prior to joining Birketts, Sarah worked as a Litigation Paralegal in a London-based law firm where she frequently attended before Masters at the Royal Courts of Justice with various applications.

Sarah studied Law at the University of Exeter and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at BPP Holborn, undertaking several electives including advanced commercial litigation.
