Antonia joined Birketts in April 2023 after qualifying as a Solicitor in March 2023.
Prior to joining Birketts, Antonia trained at one of UK’s leading housing providers operating in London and Southern England. She was seconded to a Legal 500 national firm Capsticks LLP where she finished her training contract. Antonia worked within the Housing and Regeneration department during her time at Capsticks.
Antonia is a strong entrepreneurship professional with a master’s degree focused on Law, Business and Management from the University of Law. She is also an Alumni member of the ACCESS programme (formerly known as PRIME) at Clifford Chance.
Antonia works in the Residential Development Team; a specialist team forming part of the Property department. She assists national builders, regional and SME developers with a wide range of residential development matters such as conditional and unconditional sale and purchase agreements, options, promotion, joint venture and development agreements.
Antonia is based in our Chelmsford office.
In her spare time, Antonia enjoys swimming, travelling and creating content for her food blog.
