Antonia joined Birketts in April 2023 after qualifying in March 2023. She is part of the Residential Development Team.

Before joining Birketts, she trained with one of the UK’s leading housing providers,
operating in London and Southern England. During her training, she was seconded to Capsticks LLP, a Legal 500 national firm, where she completed her training contract in the Housing and Regeneration Department.

Antonia holds a master’s degree in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law and is an alumna of the ACCESS programme (formerly known as PRIME) at Clifford Chance.

She assists national builders, regional developers, and SMEs with a wide range of land and development matters, including development agreements, sale and purchase agreements, site acquisitions, and financing.

Antonia is based in our Chelmsford office.
