Clive joined Birketts in January 2021. He is a Partner in our Social Housing Team and is based in our London office.
Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1997, Clive has accumulated a vast knowledge of the social housing sector. An acknowledged housing and asset management expert, Clive has handled cases in both the High Court and Court of Appeal. He has more than 20 years’ experience supporting social landlords run possession claims, tackling disrepair, boundary issues, and service charge disputes in the First Tier and Upper Tribunals. As well as this, Clive spent six years as a Director for Sussex Education Trust, having since become a Member for the Trust’s own Chichester Free School.
