Rachel assists the team with many aspects of new build developments from start to finish including site set up arrangements, disposal of social housing units to registered providers, infrastructure easements and highways and drainage agreements, transfers of land to management companies, local authorities and other commercial bodies and private individuals. She is also involved with the day to day running of our developer clients and their plot sales.
After graduating and achieving her law degree Rachel is currently working towards her CILEX qualification.
Rachel is based in our Norwich office.
