Birketts LLP has advised the shareholders of Decisive Consulting Ltd on their sale to Herspiegel.
Founded by Esther Nzenza in 2020, Decisive has scaled quickly with expertise in both industry and consulting, predominantly assisting pharmaceutical and biotech companies with pricing, access, value, portfolio design, launch strategy, partnership strategy and policy development.
Herspiegel is a world leader in pharmaceutical commercialisation services that helps life science clients maximise their brand potential. With expertise spanning market access, medical affairs, marketing and patient services, Herspiegel has supported over 150 pharmaceutical product launches across oncology, rare disease, biosimilars and general medicine brands.
