The growth of non-standard documentation and constant change in industry standard forms means that the participants in the construction process need to be vigilant and ensure their interests are properly protected. We advise all parties involved in the construction process (funders, developers, contractors and sub-contractors) by vetting and advising on the legal documentation.
We act for a range of commercial lenders on all forms of development/project transactions. We advise on the forms of bank documentation that are required as part of any development transaction ranging in size from £1m to £250m.
