Andrea qualified as a Solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate Team in September 2020, after having joined Birketts in September 2018 as a Trainee Solicitor, and is based in our Norwich office.

Andrea advises on all aspects of commercial real estate, including advising both landlords and tenants in relation to a range of leasehold matters as well as on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property. Andrea is also heavily involved in corporate acquisitions and disposals, working closely with our corporate teams on such deals. She has experience acting for both corporate and individual clients, including large real estate investment clients as well as charities.
