Andrew joined Birketts in 2017.
He is an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate Team. Andrew’s practice particularly focuses on managing acquisitions, disposals and leasing matters for real estate investors. He has also worked with several corporate occupiers on high value and strategically important office relocations.
Andrew takes a collaborative approach to deliver complex transactions quickly and efficiently, keeping the interests of his clients front and centre.
Recent work highlights
Working with one of the UK’s largest property investment and developments firms on leasing, disposal and asset management matters.
Working with a UK charity to asset manage its £300 million property endowment, principally invested in City of London office assets, including several geared ground rent leases.
Working with a US based data and AI company on its first UK headquarters in Fitzrovia – and subsequent pre-letting of 136,000 sq ft of additional office space in London, W1.
Working with a UK private bank on its headquarters relocation to 85,000 sq ft of refurbished office space in London, EC2, and subsequent management of its operational property portfolio.
Working with a Cambridge based science education charity on its relocation to a prominent Cambridge science park.
