Angela Barker
- Experience
Angela has been involved in residential conveyancing for over 35 years and joined the Chelmsford Residential Property Team in 1998 as a Secretary and has since become a Conveyancing Executive within the Residential Real Estate Team. She is the longest serving member in the Chelmsford Team and is a dedicated and hard working member of the team.
Angela has gained a wealth of experience during this time and, in particular, is well versed in all aspects of conveyancing transactions including liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and lenders. She also has wide experience on the issuing of contract documentation and ultimate exchange and all post exchange and completion procedures. This experience covers the following conveyancing transactions:
- Freehold sales
- Freehold purchases
- Leasehold sales
- Transfer of equity
- Property refinancing; and
- Plot sales
Angela also has experience in dealing with Help to Buy ISA draw downs.
Angela is used to high volume work and working to tight deadlines and prides herself on delivering an exceptional service to all involved in the conveyancing procedure.
Angela has undertaken part of her Cilex Certificate.
She is one of our Residential Property Paralegals based at our Chelmsford office.
