Bronwyn is a Solicitor in the Family Team at Birketts and is based in the Ipswich office.
Bronwyn graduated from the University of Warwick, before completing a master’s in law in London.
Bronwyn advises on a broad range of family law matters, including divorce and financial arrangements, complex child arrangements, and all elements of relationship planning, including pre and post nuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation agreements.
She has been described by clients as being both empathetic and approachable, whilst remaining professional. Bronwyn has a pragmatic and solution-based approach and will not waste time arguing unnecessary points. Bronwyn will try and deal with the issues in hand in the most efficient and amicable way possible.
Should court proceedings become necessary however, Bronwyn likes to advocate for her clients in court where possible and is a firm and robust litigator.
In addition to her legal work, Bronwyn is an active member of the local professional community and is a member of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers committed to a constructive approach to family issues.
