Charlotte is a Paralegal within the family team providing practical and compassionate support to clients navigating family law matters.
She works across a broad spectrum of issues, including divorce and financial settlements, child arrangements, civil partnership dissolution, nuptial agreements, and matters affecting modern families.
Charlotte began her career at Birketts as a Family Team Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in family law processes, court procedure, and client care. She now works closely with solicitors and colleagues across all offices, contributing to both straightforward and complex cases. Charlotte is passionate about professional growth and takes an active role in supporting the team’s efficiency and delivering exceptional client care.
She supports clients through every stage of separation and family disputes, providing clear guidance during what can be an emotionally challenging time. Her priority is to make the process as smooth as possible for all clients.
Charlotte has completed her Foundation stage and is currently progressing through the Advanced stage of her CILEX CPQ studies with the aim of qualifying as a CILEX lawyer.
Charlotte’s dedication to excellence has been recognised nationally: she was a finalist for Legal PA of the Year at the 2024 SecsintheCity Awards and Junior Legal Support of the Year at the National Junior Lawyers Division Awards in 2025.
