Charlotte Tunstall-Prince
Charlotte assists with the administration of estates, and the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Charlotte has experience in dealing with probate applications and administering both taxable and non-taxable estates of varying levels of complexity.
Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in January 2025 at an Essex law firm, joining Birketts’ Private Client Advisory Team in the Ipswich office in May 2025. Charlotte has previously worked for a leading London law firm, supporting senior associate solicitors with the administration of ultra-high net worth estates.
Charlotte studied law at BPP University Waterloo and achieved an upper second class degree. She subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course LLM at BPP University Cambridge.
