Daden Hunt has been with the firm for 24 years and is a Partner in our Commercial Litigation Dispute Resolution Team and the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice.

Daden specialises in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration and all forms of ADR) and also advises clients on risk management and dispute avoidance strategies.  Daden’s work focuses on disputes arising out of mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes (including derivative actions), partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, cross border disputes and disputes involving fraud.

Daden’s clients come from a wide range of business sectors both nationally and internationally, including agriculture, technology and logistics.  Daden is also experienced in acting for foreign clients as well as in helping UK clients resolve disputes in foreign jurisdictions with support from our various international contacts, including through IAG Global (a multi-disciplinary network of over 6,000 English speaking lawyers, accountants and tax advisors at independent firms in over 70 countries around the world).
