Ellie is a three-year qualified Associate in our banking and finance team, advising clients on a broad range of financing transactions.
She has experience acting for lenders, borrowers, and sponsors across syndicated and bilateral lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance, and general corporate lending.
She supports clients through complex transactions with clear, commercial advice, and works closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless service on multi-disciplinary matters. Ellie also has experience working on cross-border transactions, coordinating advice across multiple jurisdictions.
Ellie trained and qualified at a leading international law firm in Bristol. She continues to hold a strong interest in the local financial markets and is committed to supporting the region’s continued growth and development.
