Emily is a Senior Associate in our (re)insurance team in our London office. She specialises in complex insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes, both in the UK and internationally, across a variety of non-marine lines of business.
Emily’s work also includes non-contentious insurance matters such as policy wording reviews. She has extensive experience in managing a caseload of high-value litigated claims on behalf of insurers and defendants.
Earlier in her career, Emily completed a six month secondment with a managing general agent, where she worked in-house in a claims handling role.
Emily is a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
