Emily is a Solicitor in the Real Estate Investment Team based in the Norwich office.
She specialises in the asset management, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and re-financing of large property portfolios.
Emily completed her training contract at Birketts, sitting in the Corporate, Property Disputes, Employee Incentives and Real Estate Investment teams.
Emily first joined Birketts in 2019 as a Paralegal in the Real Estate Investment Team.

Experience & education
Prior to joining Birketts, Emily graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a 2:1 degree in Law. In 2022, she achieved a Distinction in the LPC LLM in Legal Practice from the University of Law, completing electives in Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial, Employment and Advanced Real Estate.
