Ethan is an Solicitor Apprentice who joined the firm in 2025 and works in our residential real estate team. He is studying for his law degree as part of our solicitor apprentice programme.
Having grown up locally, Ethan built an early connection with the firm through work experience placements, which cemented his ambition to pursue a career in property law. With a strong interest in all aspects of property, Ethan particularly enjoys attending site inspections. He values the opportunity to identify potential legal issues at the earliest stages of a transaction, helping clients avoid delays and ensuring matters progress smoothly and efficiently. He also enjoys the opportunity to meet with clients and agents face to face to build stronger working relationships.

Recent work highlights
Attending a site visit at a high‑value London property to confirm concerns that the client was occupying land outside their registered title. The inspection revealed vaults beneath the public highway, which were documented to support a statutory declaration of the client’s long‑term exclusive use. Identifying the issue early allowed remedial steps to be completed before the contract pack was issued.
Meeting with a local developer client and subcontractors to establish the cause of service changes to and from a new residential site, enabling the accurate drafting of the contract documentation.
