Farzana joined Birketts in May 2025 as a Paralegal in our Social Housing Team, based in our Cambridge office.
In this role, Farzana is reponsible for:
- Providing general advice to clients on repairing covenants and other obligations.
- Supporting organisations with the recovery of rent and service charge arrears.
- Supporting organisations with ASB and access injunctions.
- Assisting in the running of possession or forfeiture claims.
- Assisting and defending disrepair claims.
Experience & education
First Class Honours – LLB Law from Anglia Ruskin University
Distinction in LPC and LLM from Anglia Ruskin University
Worked as Senior Admin Assistant at Mills and Reeve whilst studying and assisted various teams such as real estate, private client, corporate and commercial.
