Grace qualified in March 2018 and is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial Team.
Grace joined EC3 Legal (prior to its merger with Birketts) from a City law firm in January 2019. Prior to that, Grace worked in the in-house legal team for a global investment management firm where she worked as a Legal and Company Secretarial Assistant after a year working in New York for an employment law firm.
Grace’s expertise spans a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, advising on shareholder agreements and articles of association, demergers and company reorganisations.
Grace has a particular focus on advising insurance intermediaries, including the establishment of Managing General Agents (MGAs) and also businesses in the hospitality and leisure sector.
Grace also served as Secretary on the “young professional” arm of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers committee, Tomorrow’s FOIL, between June 2020 and January 2023.
