Henry joined Birketts in September 2024 and is currently in his second seat with the Agriculture Team in our Cambridge office.
Henry assists the team with a broad range of property work, including:
- renewable energy projects;
- agricultural tenancies;
- farm and land acquisitions and disposals;
- internal reorganisations for succession arrangements; and
- partnership work.
Henry completed his first seat in our Commercial and Technology Team, where he reviewed a wide range of commercial documents, assisted with corporate acquisitions and financing transactions, and drafted a variety of commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Birketts, Henry studied law at the University of Cambridge. After completing his undergraduate degree, he studied at the University of Law to complete his SQE1&2 qualifications, gaining a Distinction. During his LLM, he completed electives in Advanced Disputes Resolution, Intellectual Property, Employment Law, and Private Wealth.
