Honey provides developers and utility providers with a clear understanding of the essential elements of land right utility transactions. She works with documents for electricity substations, gas governors, fibre cabinets, and water pumping stations, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions of operational land
- Deeds of easement
- Variations and surrenders

Experience & education
Achieved a First Class Honours in Sociology and Criminology at the University of Sheffield, and Distinction in MA Law Conversion at the University of Law.
