Based in our Ipswich office, Ieva is a Solicitor in the corporate team.
Ieva is advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and company law matters. Her experience includes acquisitions, disposals and group reorganisations, as well as share issues, transfers and buybacks.
Ieva began her career with Birketts’ corporate team as a Paralegal in November 2022 before progressing to a Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship within the same team in August 2023. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2025 and continues to support the team.
Fluent in Lithuanian, Ieva brings an international perspective to her work and enjoys helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
