Jasmine joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2023. Jasmine is currently completing her third seat with the Corporate and Employment Team in our Sevenoaks office.
Jasmine gained experience with the Agriculture and Estates Team in her first seat assisting the team with the sale and purchase of agricultural property and specialised agricultural leases.
Jasmine completed her second seat with the Commercial Real Estate Team assisting with commercial real estate finance work and commercial Landlord and Tenant matters.
Prior to joining Birketts, Jasmine studied the MLaw (Integrated Masters) Professional Legal Practice course at University in Holborn, London. After four years of study, Jasmine was awarded a First Class degree.
Jasmine gained experience in residential conveyancing whilst working for a high street law firm. In this time, Jasmine assisted with all aspects of the conveyancing process. Throughout her years studying, Jasmine completed various internships with land and property experts gaining experience in agriculture and landed estates. Jasmine assisted with the preparation of Farm Business Tenancies, Grazing Licences and planning applications. Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys running and walking in the countryside. Jasmine was previously a member of Dartford Harriers and competed in the English National Cross-Country Championships four times. In her downtime, Jasmine enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
