Jenna joined Birketts in December 2022 and is a Paralegal in our Residential Development, Plot Sales Team, based in our Norwich office.
She joined us having previously spent eight years at a local law firm in the residential conveyancing department. In this role she managed a varied and high volume caseload, including acting for purchasers and lenders in new build plot transactions. Prior to this she spent six years working for a registered provider dealing with new build plot disposals, shared ownership resales and staircasing transactions.
Given her extensive experience in the sector she is used to dealing with all aspects of a conveyancing transaction, progressing matters from inception through to post completion. Jenna is also an Associate member of CILEx having achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Law and Practice, and is currently undertaking her Chartered Legal Executive qualification.
