Jessica Murfitt

Jessica is a Solicitor in our Family Team.

She is part of the International Family Team and is based in our London office. She qualified in March 2022 following the completion of her training contract at Birketts.

Jessica assists colleagues and clients with a range of issues relating to both domestic and international family law, including divorce, financial issues arising from divorce and disputes involving children. Jessica also has experience of dealing with, and advising upon, Family Law Act applications.

Jessica is adept at resolving disputes at the earliest possible stage; often utilising methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution, such as mediation, to ensure the most cost-effective solutions for her clients.

Jessica also has experience advising on surrogacy arrangements and other modern family law issues.

Qualified as a Solicitor in March 2022.
Paralegal at Top-Tier Legal 500 UK firm.
Achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at BPP Cambridge in 2020.
Graduated from the University of Warwick in 2018 with a 2:1 in Law with French Law.
