Julia is a Senior Associate in the construction and engineering team based in our Ipswich office.
Julia has extensive city firm experience in leading London law firms advising clients on both non-contentious and contentious construction matters.
She acts of both public and private sector clients, in particular employers, developers and contractors. She advises on, drafts and negotiates various forms of construction contracts (including JCT, NEC and FIDIC etc.) together with bespoke construction contracts, professional appointments, deeds of variation and collateral warranties.
Further, she has vast experience and expertise in ADR including TCC litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and negotiation.
