Kirstie Tompkins
Kirstie joined Birketts in August 2025. She is an Associate (Licensed Conveyancer) in our Residential Real Estate Team, based in our Chelmsford office.
Kirstie is an experienced Licensed Conveyancer with a proven record of advising residential property clients, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new builds, shared ownerships, right to buy, and Building Safety Act transactions. She also has experience in auction purchases and company purchases.
