Lauren commenced her training contract with Birketts in September 2025, beginning in the Real Estate Investment team.
She assists the team on a range of high‑value commercial property transactions, including drafting leases, licences to alter and assign, and preparing detailed reports on title for investor clients.
Lauren graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class Law LLB before completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination at the University of Law, passing both SQE1 and SQE2.
Prior to joining Birketts, she also developed a broad skill set through her background in hospitality, where she built strong communication, organisation and client‑service abilities that now underpin her approach.
Lauren is based in our Norwich office.
