Mark joined Birketts in September 2015 and is a Legal Director in our Commercial Real Estate Team based in the Ipswich office.

Mark has extensive experience acting for landlords, tenants, institutional investors and funders.  He has expertise in a wide range of commercial property transactions with a particular emphasis on acquisitions, disposals, sale and leaseback transactions as well as re-financing and asset management work.

Mark assists real estate investment funds and property investment companies, from both inside and outside the UK, with their day-to-day asset management needs across their portfolios. This involves advising on strategy, acting on site acquisitions and disposals and general landlord and tenant work.

Mark is also instructed by corporate occupiers and more than one government regulator. He works for both landlords and tenants on the re-gearing of leases and head office lettings.
