Mary joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2026 and is currently undertaking her first seat in the private client advisory team, based in the Bristol office.
She assists on a variety of private client matters, including UK estate planning and succession matters such as the creation of wills and trusts, and the administration of estates.
Before commencing her training contract, Mary worked as a Paralegal in the social housing team, representing and assisting social housing landlords with a range of contentious housing management claims.
Mary graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2023, obtaining a Law LLB degree. She subsequently completed her studies for the SQE exams, passing both on first attempt, and later a Master of Laws in Legal Practice from the University of Law.
