Megan joined Birketts in September 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor. Having spent 12 months of her training contract in the Commercial Real Estate Team, she qualified as a Solicitor into the Team in September 2023. She is based in our Cambridge office.
Megan has gained experience in a range of commercial real estate matters since qualifying, with a particular focus on leasehold transactions. Megan has more regularly acted for landlord clients in negotiating leases and supplementary documents, but she also has experience acting for tenants.
Megan is a CSR rep in the Cambridge office and frequently organises office-wide fundraising events. She is keen to support local charities and come up with fun ideas to involve as many people with internal fundraising efforts as possible.
