Meha is a Senior Associate in the residential real estate team, based in the Cambridge office. She specialises in residential property investment transactions involving finance, advising on all legal aspects of funded acquisitions.
Meha acts on a broad range of freehold and leasehold matters, including purchases, inter‑company transfers, remortgages, portfolio re-financing and complex restructuring arrangements. She regularly advises on both dual and sole representation matters and is experienced in managing transactions efficiently while ensuring full compliance with lender requirements.
She has particular expertise in bridging finance, an area which frequently involves complex lender criteria and tight timescales.
Meha also advises clients on equity release matters and is known for her friendly, clear and client‑focused approach.
