Pedro joined Birketts in March 2022 and is an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate Team.
Pedro is able to assist on all aspects of Commercial Real Estate matters, including advising both landlords and tenants in relation to a range of leasehold matters and advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property. His team also provides strategic land advice to both developer and landowner clients on a range of strategic land matters in connection with the acquisition and/or disposal of land for development purposes. Amongst a wide range of matters, the team is proud to offer advice on promotion agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements.
Pedro is proud to offer tailored solutions to his clients – developers, investors, occupiers, lenders and institutions. His expertise spans investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, asset management, secured lending, and development transactions.
Experience & education
Qualified as a Solicitor and joined Birketts in March 2022; and Awarded a PhD in Law.
