Pedro joined Birketts in March 2022 and is a Solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate Team.
Pedro joined as part of the Commercial Property Team in Norwich. The team advises on all aspects of commercial property law, including advising both landlords and tenants in relation to a range of leasehold matters and advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property. The team also provides strategic land advice to both developer and landowner clients on a range of strategic land matters in connection with the acquisition and/or disposal of land for development purposes. Amongst a wide range of matters, the team is proud to offer advice on promotion agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements.
