Phoebe joined Birketts in September 2025 as a Trainee Solicitor and is currently undertaking her first seat in the Agriculture Team.
Phoebe is based in our Ipswich office, and currently assists with a wide range of agricultural and estates based matters within her team, who act for farmers, landowners, tenants and agri-businesses. Phoebe supports with a range of property-related work, including the acquisitions and sales of farms and estates, and is also actively involved in general estate management matters, such as the registration of land, covenants, and easements.
Prior to joining Birketts, Phoebe graduated from the University of Kent in 2024 with an Upper Second-Class Honours in LLB Law. She then studied for the LLM in Legal Practice (SQE1&2) at the University of Law in 2025, where she successfully passed both the SQE1 and SQE2 on her first attempt.
