Rachael Watts
Rachael joined Birketts in 2023 and is an Associate in the Residential Development Team. She is based in the Norwich office and acts for housing associations and housebuilders on various development matters including site acquisitions, disposals, estate set ups for plot sales both shared ownership and market sales and, section agreements.
Rachael graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2013 with an LLB Law Degree and from Nottingham Law School in 2014 having completed the LPC. She trained at a regional firm, where she stayed upon qualification in 2018 until joining Birketts. Rachael also has experience dealing with staircasing and resales for housing associations as well as commercial property acquisitions, disposals, leases and associated documentation.
Outside of the office Rachael enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends. She is also an active member of Girlguiding and is a unit leader for both Guides and Rangers and a Division Commissioner.
