Rachel Baker is a Chartered Legal Executive with significant experience in residential development, acting for developers, registered providers and landowners on a wide range of property matters.
She regularly advises on site set‑ups for residential developments, including plot sales and estate documentation and has extensive experience in the sale of affordable housing to Registered Providers, often through golden brick and turnkey arrangements.
Rachel also supports clients on development‑related infrastructure matters, including section 38, 104 and 278 agreements and estate adoption issues. Rachel works closely with clients, consultants and local authorities to deliver clear, commercial advice throughout the development process.
