Rachel Cullum is an Associate (Chartered Legal Executive) in Birketts’ residential real estate team, bringing nearly twenty years of specialist experience to the firm since joining in July 2015.
She qualified with CILEX in 2006 and is recognised for her deep technical knowledge and strong commercial awareness across the residential property sector.
She advises on the full breadth of freehold and leasehold conveyancing, acting for private individuals, developers and investment portfolio clients. Rachel’s expertise includes high‑value and complex sales and purchases, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, remortgages, and transfers of equity, including those arising from matrimonial proceedings. Her meticulous approach and ability to anticipate potential issues ensure transactions progress efficiently and with minimal disruption to clients.
Rachel has developed a significant and loyal client base, including well‑established property developers and respected local portfolio owners who rely on her for clear, strategic advice and consistent delivery on time‑critical matters.
