
Rachel is an Associate Solicitor who specialises in Private Wealth Disputes and can assist with a range of matters, including:
- Disputes about whether a will is valid.
- Claims for under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
- Disputes as to the administration of an estate or trust.
- Professional negligence claims relating to the preparation of wills, or the administration of estates and trusts.

Recent work highlights
Successfully settled a probate and 1975 Act claim at mediation and subsequently acted for the estate in a professional negligence claim against the solicitors who prepared the will.
Clitheroe v Bond [2020] EWHC 1185 (Ch) – Acted for the successful defendant in challenging two wills on the ground of lack of capacity, both at first instance and appeal.
Wrangle v Brunt [2020] EWHC 1784 (Ch)- Acted for the defendants regarding a fraudulent will.
