Rosanna Drinkhouse

Rosanna joined Birketts in April 2023.
Rosanna works in the Commercial Real Estate Team and undertakes a variety of commercial property work. Rosanna has experience dealing with both landlord and tenant clients in leasehold transactions, and both seller and buyer clients in freehold transactions. Rosanna supports her clients by providing bespoke, methodical, and commercially driven advice.
Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor in 2022, Rosanna trained at a top 200 regional firm.
Rosanna completed the LPC, LLM, and GDL at City, University of London, receiving an award for her coursework and assisting with Legal Aid services. Rosanna holds a first-class B.A. in English and Politics from Gordon College (USA), during which she was elected to the Student Government and competed in the Mock Trial team.
Outside of her legal work with Birketts, Rosanna works for her local council as a history tour guide.
Rosanna is based in our Ipswich office.
