Rosanna joined Birketts in April 2023 and is a Solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate Team.
Rosanna advises clients about a diverse range of Commercial Real Estate transactions, developing an expertise about Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters, Sales, Purchases and general investment property management.
Rosanna is actively involved in the regional business and legal community and enjoys developing her commercial awareness by attending local networking events.
Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor in 2022, Rosanna trained at a UK top 200 firm. Outside of her legal work with Birketts, Rosanna works for her local council as a history tour guide. Rosanna is based in our Ipswich office.

Managing a variety of concurrent transactions for an institutional Landlord (including negotiating new Leases, Surrenders, Renewal Leases, Surrenders, Licence for Alterations and Agreements for Lease).
Delt with the Property aspect of a £14,500,000 corporate restructuring exercise by manging both the immediate, time pressured transactional elements and partnering with the client to create a framework for further investment in the business.
Advising on the purchase of bespoke office space for local family run business.
Acting for a Tenant for a new Lease and Licence for Alterations for business premises, accounting for trade specific alterations.
