She represented clients from multinational companies to NHS trusts and high profile individuals before UK courts and tribunals. Since 2016, Sam has been engaged as in-house Counsel in the charity and private sectors where she has worked closely with HR Teams to manage employee relations disputes including grievances, disciplinary processes and whistleblowing matters.
Sam’s strengths lie in analysing and distilling complex evidence and producing high quality, thorough investigation reports that clients can utilise to comprehensively resolve their workplace issues.
