
Sam conducts investigations into complex and sensitive workplace issues, using the skills and experience gained over fifteen years’ experience in employment law.
Sam practised as a Barrister for nine years, latterly at Outer Temple Chambers in London, gaining substantial experience in employment law. She represented clients from multinational companies to NHS trusts and high profile individuals before UK courts and tribunals. Since 2016, Sam has been engaged as in-house Counsel in the charity and private sectors where she has worked closely with HR Teams to manage employee relations disputes including grievances, disciplinary processes and whistleblowing matters.
Sam’s strengths lie in analysing and distilling complex evidence and producing high quality, thorough investigation reports that clients can utilise to comprehensively resolve their workplace issues. Her knowledge of employment law combined with her extensive experience of working with witnesses and dealing with employee conflict means that she is able to conduct investigations thoroughly, professionally, and discreetly. She is accustomed to working independently from other professionals, thereby remaining impartial.
