Recent work highlights
Adult Dependent Relative
Achieved two successful Adult Dependent Relative application outcomes for a client’s elderly parents in Italy, following their prior refusals.
ILR Secured After Accidental Overstay
Assisted a client in successfully re‑obtaining leave to remain after they became an overstayer, having mistakenly applied to naturalise as a British citizen instead of extending their visa due to a misunderstanding of their eligibility. After securing a positive outcome for their fresh leave to remain application, I subsequently supported the client with their Indefinite Leave to Remain application, ensuring that their previous period of overstaying was not treated as a break in continuous residence.
Home Office audit
Supported a hospitality‑sector corporate client in preparing for and successfully passing a Home Office compliance audit prior to the grant of their sponsor licence.
